Welcome to Defenders Tactical Arms

Payment must be received within 10 calendar days of purchase. We accept US Postal Money Orders, Certified Bank checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards. We do not charge an extra fee for credit cards. Personal and business checks are accepted, however we will hold the order until the check has cleared our bank. We are also happy to accept cash for local pick ups, please do not mail cash.

A copy of the transfer agent's FFL is due before the firearm  ships.  The firearms must ship to a  Federal Firearm License (FFL) holder

We can only ship firearms to dealers who have a Federal Firearms License (FFL). Have your FFL dealer e-mail or fax a signed copy of their FFL to us if buying, selling or transferring firearms through Defenders Tactical Arms. Firearms can not be shipped until we receive a valid copy of the receiver's FFL.

We regret that we do not ship firearms to locations outside the United States.

Returns of new firearms must be approved before shipping them back to us. We must be contacted within 5 days of delivery to obtain return authorization. Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer is generally  responsible for the shipping cost of the return.
After accepting transfer of the firearm from your FFL dealer, it will be your responsibility to contact the manufacturer of the firearm to resolve any warranty issues that may arise. We will not accept returns on new firearms once the transfer has been completed.
All used firearms are sold “as is” with no returns. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have before purchasing.

Defenders Tactical Arms strongly suggests that you obtain professional training for any firearms you may own or use. Firearms safety is your responsibility.

We reserve the right to refuse to sell a firearm to anyone. Note Federal Law states that you can not purchase a firearm for another person, this is known as a straw purchase. Firearms must be picked up by the person who is buying and will own the firearm.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the firearm you are buying is legal in your area. Firearms laws vary widely between cities and states. If you purchase a firearm that you can not legally own your local FFL will not complete the transfer to you.

We do not return fees or handle warranty issues on firearms; we only facilitate the transfer. All warranty issues must be handled directly by the owner of record and the firearm manufacturer.

We will generally use stock photographs for new firearms, but will always use actual photographs for used firearms.
